Puja, Body Work and Meditation - Puja is a devotional meditation practice, body work is a great way to lead into meditation and meditation to connect Body, Speech and Mind. This will be led by Satyadevi, an experienced Alexander Technique teacher inspired by the body awareness approach to meditation. She has taught Alexander Technique for 18 years and led meditation courses in England, Australia and New Zealand.

6 sessions every Saturday morning between 19th April - 24th May. Entry by koha/dana

Body of Enlightenment - We will be running a series of practice day workshops and week-end retreats on what the Buddha taught on mindfulness, based in the body.  This will be led by Satyadevi, an experienced Alexander Technique teacher inspired by the body awareness approach to meditation. She has taught Alexander Technique for 18 years and led meditation courses in England, Australia and New Zealand.

Please bring a small pile of thin books, eg Reader's Digests and food for a shared lunch. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Places are limited to 15 participants. Book now. Cost: $60 per session. Cost for retreats to be announced.

Friends Night - every Monday, 7pm. A revolving programme of shrine room activities (meditation, devotion, ritual, chanting), opportunities to discuss and share our practice, and lively, inspiring dharma teaching. Every evening will start with a meditation and you are welcome to come for some or all of the programme. Entry by koha/dana.

Juice up your meditation - Give yourself the treat of some dedicated time to explore gentle awareness, including adventures in taking your fullest self from the meditation cushion into everyday life – and back again. Our next Urban Juice-Up starts Sunday 2 March, 1-4pm, continues through the week with an early morning sit (6.30 to 7.40am, including breakfast) and concludes on Saturday 8 March, 10am with a one hour debrief.  The benefits of a retreat without having to go away! It costs $50.
