Introduction
to Meditation courses 2010
Our next
six-week meditation course
begins on Tuesday August 24 1-2.45pm and
Wednesday August 25 7-9pm. We introduce two meditation
practices - the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.
Together they help develop relaxed awareness, clarity and
compassion. During the six weeks you'll be encouraged to
thoroughly explore the essentials
and experience the benefits of regular
